Health and safety policy

TECNOPROCESS AUTOMATION is engaged in the design, commissioning and servicing of automation systems.

We recognise Occupational Health and Safety as a fundamental and integral part of our activities and we are committed to addressing and resolving the issues related to them. We are committed to:

• Ensure that our activities and processes comply at all times with applicable health and safety regulations and legislation.
• Provide a healthy and safe working environment by providing adequate resources and tools to prevent accidents and harm to people's health caused by work activities and, as far as reasonably practicable, minimising the causes of danger in the working environment.
• Disseminate health and safety objectives internally and provide all staff with adequate training on related aspects according to their competencies and responsibilities.
• Achieve a high level of performance in occupational health and safety, striving for continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture, involving and consulting workers and their representative, encouraging the exchange of views and dialogue with stakeholders and communicating results in the most appropriate manner.
• Promote cooperation with contractors present in the company, supervisory bodies and, more generally, external stakeholders, in order to increase the overall level of health and safety at work.

Within the company:

• Management and managers at various levels implement all actions to safeguard health and safety in accordance with their responsibilities.
• All employees operate with the utmost personal responsibility and cooperate in order to avoid causing damage to themselves and others.
